- Industrial Plants
- Floor filter for paint mist separation In Automobile industry, Body paint Shops, Carpentry workshops
- Compressor air intake
- Gas Turbine Pre-Filtration
- Engine Rooms
- Refrigeration Plants
Features & Advantages
- Continuously-spun viscose glass fibre media rolls and pads which is resin bonded
- Dimensionally elastic glass-fiber medium with a progressive structure
- Openly structured face side (green) and increasing fiber density towards the clean air side (white)
- Used for Coarse Filtration application in Fan Coil Units, Packaged Units, AHUs, FAHUs and also used as paint mist arrestor media.
- The media is available in Grades G2 / G3/G4 as per EN 779 & MERV4 / MERV 6 / MERV8 as per ASHRAE 52.2 test standards.
- Low compressibility – entire fiber glass material depth is used for storing paint mist
- Thermally stable up to 80 Deg C
- Ideally suited for arresting water-based paints and hydro paints
- Mainly used as floor filter for color mist separator
- High dust holding capacity
- For special applications like engine, turbine and smooth flow compressor air intake systems, the dust holding capacity and efficiency is further increased by impregnating the media with a gel-type adhesive.
- By compressing the media pads into smaller frames of 1” & 2” thickness, the density and therefore the efficiency is increased even more
- They can be installed in new or existing systems and arranged either in banks or in filter housings or used as media rolls itself.
