Features & Advantages
- The APTER HEPA PETA LFDS1 Filter is used for critical and sterile applications where very high ultra-purified clean air and contamination control is an absolute requirement.
- They come as the final filters installed in Terminal Diffusers and Laminar flow units for Hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, clean process manufacturing, Research labs, Food Processing Plants, Nuclear facilities, Biosafety Cabinets.
- They can be installed in supply air side or return air side of Terminal Units for separation of viruses, bacteria, aerosols and toxic dust particles.
- The media is continuous length of Superior Quality Absolute Water resistant, High Density wet laid, High Efficiency, Fire retardant Micro Glass fibre media. ePTFE media is available as an option.
- The media is close pleated and separated with Hot melt beads and the media pleat packs are arranged inside Extruded Aluminium Anodized frames.
- The closely pleated media is positively spaced and allows optimum media utilization and offers very low pressure drops.
- The number of Pleats Per Inch (PPI is usually 6-8) decides the Airflow capacity and Pressure Drop. The media is UL or equivalent fire listed media.
- Filter Frame has a compact Panel type construction with Extruded Anodized Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Galvanized steel or Wooden Frame construction.
- The media Pleat Pack is sealed with two-part high-density polyurethane to the frame in order to prevent the Leak and to achieve the required performance and efficiency.
- Compressed Expanded Metal mesh support in RAL 9010 finish is provided on both sides, for protecting the media against damages during transportation and handling at site.
- The Filter shall have the self-adhesive neoprene gasket on one side or both sides as per request. The continuous Polyurethane one-piece gasket also available to ensure the leak free seal with the filter mounting.
- Filters are individually tested for absolute Efficiency in Test Rig as per EN 1822 and American Standard IEST-RP-CC001.3.
- Each Filter is supplied with individual Test Reports and Full information available in Filter Sticker guaranteeing leak free performance. The Easy Track facility can identify the Hepa Filters.
- The filters are easy to handle and install due to high Torsion strength frames.
- The Hepa Filters are manufactured in Clean Room condition with ISO quality procedures as per ASHRAE, EN Standards and NAFA norms.
- The ePTFE media filter offers ultra-high efficiency with negligible pressure drops (Lower pressure drops), high tensile strength, less off gassing properties and resistant to corrosive environments.
