Features & Advantages
- The CONDO Pharma modules is used in critical areas where highest degree of air cleanliness is required and can provide both laminar flow as well as turbulent airflow in Clean Rooms.
- These Terminal modules are used as final filtration in room ceiling side and for laminar flow applications such as in Hospitals, Pharmaceutical industry, Biomedical facilities, laboratories, microelectronics industry, food processing industry
- Circular spigot diameter shall be 200mm/250mm/300mm as per airflow requirements
- Square or rectangular top or side spigot will have flanges for connection to duct work
- The hood shall have channel to fix the HEPA filter. In case of Gel seal HEPA filter, integral knife edge shall be provided.
- The Diffuser plate shall be easily removable for filter replacement. The diffuser shall have hemmed edges. Other than perforated flat type diffuser other options include Swirl type, adjustable vane type or 4-way diffusers.
- Damper can be provided at air inlet side for controlling the airflow. The damper can be adjustable from room side or ceiling side adjustable.
- A wide range of HEPA filter choices based on airflow handling capacity and pressure drop criteria can be opted for.
- The HEPA filters are tested and certified as per EN 1822 and complies to ISO 14644 standard of testing.
- Filters are selected based on airflow, efficiency and pressure drop requirements.
- All the hoods shall be fully leak tested, visually inspected and tested as per the standards for the Zero leak performance.
- In house test certificates are provided for HEPA filter and housing Box certifying its leak proof performance.
