Features & Advantages
- The APTER FFU Units is used in critical areas where highest degree of air cleanliness is required and can provide both laminar flow as well as turbulent airflow in Clean Rooms.
- These Units are widely used in ISO Class 5 to ISO Class 8 Cleanroom applications.
- The units are used for final filtration and used in Clean Room manufacturing in pharmaceutical industry, Medical Devices, Biomedical laboratories, microelectronic industry, LCD Fabrication, Clean Sampling Booths, Cleanroom Work benches.
- For a large Cleanroom the number of FFUs required is several hundreds to several thousands.
- For the false ceiling installed FFU units, the backside is low pressure area and hence the chances of air leakages are extremely low.
- The Volume of air to be delivered can be controlled by the 3-speed controller or BUS control system.
- The FFU fan motor and impeller are statically and dynamically balanced and selected in such a manner that they reduce the running cost by saving energy, has high motor efficiency and low-noise characteristics.
- The FFU units are installed in Ceiling T-Grid or ceiling suspended.
- A carrying handle is provided for ease of handling and installation at site.
- A wide range of HEPA / ULPA filter choices based on airflow handling capacity, efficiency and pressure drop criteria can be opted for.
- The HEPA filters will have compressed expanded metal mesh (RAL 9010 Finish) support on both sides for protection of the media.
- The HEPA filters are tested and certified as per EN 1822 and complies to ISO 14644 standard of testing.
- All the FFU hoods shall be fully leak tested, visually inspected and tested as per the standards for the Zero leak performance.
- In house test certificates are provided for HEPA filter and housing Box certifying its leak proof performance.
- The HEPA / ULPA filters are replaceable once they reach final pressure drop.
- The complete FFU Unit is made of corrosion resistant steel and has Light weight body which makes handling and installation much easier.
