Features & Advantages
- APTER HEPA HOLDING FRAMES are used to install and hold HEPA filters for In-Line, Horizontal flow applications.
- The installed HEPA filters have a depth of 300 mm. Holding frames for installing 150 mm deep filters can be provided upon request.
- The Mounting frame can be used to install HEPA Deep Pleat and V-Bank Filters.
- The Holding frame is entirely made in metal (G.I, Al or SS), complete with holding clips and bolts that are used to couple these structures one with another.
- The units have perfect locking mechanism and prevents air bypass using Seamless Polyurethane gaskets. The gaskets are provided as an option.
- The corners are mitered airtight with a permanently elastic sealing compound.
- The Holding frames are pre-drilled for quick and easy assembly at site.
- These holding frames can be used for designing new air filtration systems or modifying existing ones with variable dimensions.
- Multiple holding mounting frames can be bolted together to build Filter wall
- The Mounting frame can be used as stand-alone unit or mounted inside HVAC systems where there is absence of filter holding frame.
- It can be installed very quickly thanks to positioning holes that make it possible to combine this structure with others.
