Features & Advantages
- The CarboRpak filter can be used to improve air quality in indoor environments and protect both people and sensitive products, processes and lines, by eliminating or reducing environmental gas phase pollutants and unwanted odours.
- It is mainly intended for light to medium duty odour and gas phase removal applications.
- It combines the properties of a high efficiency fine filter as well Odour removal filter. Thus, it provides a 2 in 1 solution.
- Directly replaces existing 12” deep single header filters, adding odour control without requiring new mounting frames.
- The filter consists of carbon Micro granules or chemically impregnated granules bonded to a Synthetic substrate layer. The media can also be blended type of Carbon and Activated Alumina (impregnated with KMno4) depending on target gas to be arrested.
- The filter has high dust holding capacity, Low pressure drop with odour removal capabilities.
- The contaminant gas is removed by the process of adsorption and Chemisorption.
- The metal frame can be provided in Box type or with header frame size of 20 mm or 25 mm
- The Fine filter media can deliver an efficiency up to F9 (MERV 15) grade.
- Factors that need to be taken into consideration while selecting the filter include available space, airflow volumes, residence time, type of contaminant, concentration of contaminants and desired media life.
