Features & Advantages
- The CarboVpak filter can be used to improve air quality in indoor environments and protect both people and sensitive products, processes and lines, by eliminating or reducing environmental gas phase pollutants and unwanted odours.
- It combines the properties of a high efficiency fine filter as well Odour removal filter for light applications. Thus, it provides a 2 in 1 solution.
- The filter consists of carbon Micro granules or chemically impregnated granules embedded in Synthetic Mini Pleated layers. The media can also be blended type of Carbon and Activated Alumina (impregnated with KMno4) depending on target gas to be arrested.
- Energy efficient mini-pleated design offers very large surface area and low pressure drop
- The filter has high dust holding capacity and high odour removal capabilities compared to any other filter in the industry
- The contaminant gas is removed by the process of adsorption and Chemisorption.
- The filter elements sealed into a 4-V plastic frame with polyurethane for an extremely robust construction
- The ABS plastic frame is available in header size of 20 mm or 25 mm
- The Fine filter media can deliver an efficiency up to F9 (MERV 15) grade.
- The filter is incinerable type with no metal components
