Features & Advantages
- The GT CARTRIDGES filters are pulse cleaning type cylindrical and conical filters mainly intended for high sand dust laden, dry and dirty environments.
- They are mainly used for air intake filtration for Gas Turbines and Rotating Power Equipment applications.
- The media is innovative high strength Cellulose synthetic blended media.
- The pleats are uniformly spaced for maximum dust loading
- The filter medium offers excellent initial efficiency, high dust holding capacity, low pressure drop and high cost efficiency.
- The end caps are corrosion resistant and made of Galvanized steel or stainless steel.
- The cylinder and cone are joined together as a single unit to handle very high amount of dust and dirt.
- The filter offers an efficiency of ISO ePM1 70% as per ISO 16890 filtration standard, F8 grade as per EN 779 and rated MERV 14 as per ASHRAE 52.2.
- The pleat pack and the inner and outer supporting cages are cast into the galvanized steel or stainless-steel end caps in a leakproof configuration.
- The foamed-on Polyurethane gasket ensures optimum sealing against the mounting plate.
- Supporting Metal Cages are provided in inner and outer side of media for maximum protection and this entire arrangement is cast into the metal end caps in a leak proof arrangement.
