Features & Advantages
- The GT CELL filters are extended surface, high efficiency filter constructed in a rigid frame.
- The media is Dual Layer Micro fine glass fibre media used for harsh and aggressive environments such as Rotating equipment, compressors and large engines.
- The filter media is moisture repellent and Fire retardant type.
- The uniform and closed pleat filter pack grants a high crossing surface to hold the very fine dusts.
- The filter media is reinforced with wire mesh support on both sides, for additional stability of pleat pack which helps the filter perform in harsh and aggressive environments.
- They have high dust holding capacity with a robust design.
- Aluminium corrugated separators with hemmed edges are inserted between each media pleat to stabilize the pack and ensure proper air flow through the filter.
- The media pack is sealed to all 4 sides of the frame using two-part Polyurethane glue.
- The frame is all metal construction in Galvanized steel, Stainless steel or Aluminium.
- The frame can be Box type or Header style construction. Header can be provided on one side or both sides with a thickness of 20 mm or 25 mm.
- The high-quality glass media and construction style of filter avoids fibre shedding.
- Continuous polyurethane gasket or flat neoprene gasket can be provided on 1 side or 2 sides of the frame as per client request
- Available in range of efficiencies from M6 (MERV 12), F7(MERV 13) and F8 (MERV 14).
- The finished filters undergo a thorough quality checking to ensure its leak proof performance.
- The GT CELL filters are preferred fine filters for air Intake applications for Gas turbines, Industrial Plants, Marine and Coastal AHUs, On shore and Off shore buildings, Engine Rooms, Compressor plants.
- These filters are designed to operate in the most difficult operating conditions, such as variable air volume, turbulent airflows, repeated fan shutdown areas and high dust laden environments.
