Features & Advantages
- The MEGA Qpak filters are extended surface, high efficiency filter constructed in a rigid frame.
- They have high dust holding capacity with robust design
- These filters are designed to operate in the most difficult operating conditions, such as variable air volume, turbulent airflows, and repeated fan shutdown areas.
- The high efficiency Micro fine glass fibre paper media filter provides more media per filter than the traditional pocket / bag filter and hence can replace them.
- Aluminium corrugated separators with hemmed edges are inserted between each pleat to stabilize the pack and ensure proper air flow through the filter.
- The media can be provided with mesh support on 1 or 2 sides for operating in harsh environments
- The media pack is sealed to all 4 sides of the frame using Polyurethane glue.
- The frame is all metal construction. Wood cell side header can also be provided
- The frame can be Box type or with Header style construction. Header can be provided on one side or both sides.
- The high-quality glass media and construction style of filter avoids fibre shedding.
- Continuous polyurethane gasket or flat neoprene gasket can be provided on 1 side or 2 sides of the frame as per client request
- Antimicrobial treated papers & water repellent media are available for special applications
- Available in range of efficiencies from M5(MERV 10) to F9 (MERV 15)
- High Temperature version filters are also available upon request
