Features & Advantages
- The MEGA Rpak filters offers excellent filtration performance combined with high dust holding capacity and suitable for applications where highest degree of air cleanliness is required
- The Rpak filter is available in all standard sizes, box style construction or with header frame.
- The filter media is Ultrafine High Loft Micro glass media and is laminated with an expanded metal mesh having 98% open area which provides adequate strength to the pleated media pack.
- The three-stage media arrangement which consist of coarse fibres upstream, micro-fine fibres downstream and a scrim backing to prevent fibre migration, offers high dust holding capacity and filtration efficiency.
- The aerodynamic filter design by Radial V – pleats with die cut pleat stabilizers results in a rigid and stable filter offering consistent performance under various operating conditions
- The deep pleated media pack is encased in a metal frame and all the four edges of media are properly bonded to the frame to ensure a leak free operation.
- Suitable for variable air volume (VAV) Systems and turbulent airflow applications
- Available in range of efficiencies from M6(MERV 12) to F8 (MERV 14)
- Optional Anti-Microbial coated media is available
