- The MEGA synpak pocket filters can function as Final filters or Pre filters where clean air is a necessity.
- The bag filter media is High-loft, multi-layered, Polypropylene melt blown synthetic with a scrim backing which improves the performance
- Layered media provides both a high efficiency final filter layer that effectively filters fine particulate and an integral lofted prefilter layer that captures larger particulate
- The media is non-shedding, water-resistant type and stronger compared to fiberglass
- The media has high dust holding capacity with lower initial resistance
- The pockets are ultrasonically welded which guarantees complete inflation without crowding or leakage
- The pocket design is tapered for optimum performance
- Pockets with reinforced supports prevent sagging and flexing during turbulent flow
- Pockets are designed to inflate and remain separated from one another to allow even distribution of the air flow across the entire filter.
- Robust metal header frame for easy installation and handling is provided
- Available in range of efficiencies from M5(MERV 10) to F9 (MERV 15)
- Comprehensive range of standard sizes are available
- Optional Anti-Microbial coated media is available
