- The MEGA Vpak-G filters are a new generation of powerful, efficient, economic and durable cassette filters offering operational reliability and cost efficiency for supply of air filtration systems
- This filter provides high efficiency filtration in critical applications
- The filter uses 1.5 times more filter media than normal bag and box type filters and hence replaces them due to longer life span
- The higher media area is included by using Minipleat media construction technique which provides lesser resistance (Low energy consumption), higher airflow handling capacity
- The filter has high dust holding capacity and incurs less frequent change outs
- The filter’s tapered Aerodynamic design makes it handle high velocity up to 750 fpm and also handle turbulent airflow
- The entire filter element is non-corroding, and fully incinerable, since it contains no metal parts
- The media pleat pack is extremely durable and resistant to deformation and media puncture during handling, installation and operation
- The frame is made of ABS plastic for light weight and stable construction
- The stable media pleat pack design provides high burst strength as well as excellent dust arrestance during operation.
- Available in range of efficiencies from M5(MERV 10) to F9 (MERV 15)
- Optional Anti-Microbial coated media is available
- Additional expanded media mesh support can be provided on air leaving side for operating in harsh environments such as Gas Turbines, Oil and Gas industry.
