Features & Advantages
- The MEGA ZPAK filters in Mini-Pleat construction provides large filter area with low installation depth.
- Can be used to replace low efficiency filters to drastically improve indoor air quality and reduce dust accumulation on work surfaces.
- This filter provides high efficiency filtration in critical applications such as Food and Life Science Industry where there is space constraint.
- The higher media area provides lesser resistance (Low energy consumption)
- The filter has high dust holding capacity and incurs less frequent change outs
- The entire filter element is non-corroding, and fully incinerable, since it contains no metal parts
- The media pleat pack is extremely durable and resistant to deformation and media puncture during handling, installation and operation
- The frame is made of ABS plastic for light weight and stable construction. Metal and Beverage Board frames are also available.
- The thinner depth of filter makes disposal easy. The ZPak filter is one third the volume of other high efficiency filter significantly reducing the contribution to landfill.
- Available in range of efficiencies from M5(MERV 10) to F9 (MERV 15)
- Optional Anti-Microbial coated media is available
- Additional expanded mesh support can be provided on one side or both sides of media for better support and stability
