Features & Advantages
- The APTER PAINT DIFFUSION FILTER media is made from high tensile strength, Polyester fibre media (PET), Non-woven synthetic type media.
- The 100% Polyester based fibre media is constructed from selected high performance, non-breakable fibres in a progressive density multi-layering technique allowing high depth loading to ensure high dust holding capacity with optimal lowest pressure drop performance.
- The media is impregnated with special adhesive coating which captures any fibres released inside the media and prevents migration of paint damaging particles due to vibration in the system.
- The special adhesive (Tackifier) can be impregnated in full depth of filter, medium depth or for only initial layers as per customer requirement.
- The media is resistant to evaporated solvents and are produced in a 100% silicone-free environment.
- Available in M5 / M6 grade as per EN779 and MERV 10 / MERV 11 as per ASHRAE 52.2 filtration standards.
- The media is Self-extinguishing type according to DI 53438-F1.
- The PAINT DIFFUSION FILTER Media rolls and Pads is Designed for medium to heavy duty coarse and medium filtration in Paint spray booth applications.
- They are mainly used as Final filtration barrier for paint damaging particles in down draft paint spray booths.
- They act as a medium of Diffusion of high-quality air and thus provides a uniform and laminar flow air all throughout the painting line.
- Highly satisfactory fractional efficiency combined with a high dust loading capacity, a long filter life as well as low energy and maintenance costs.
- The media can also be arranged inside metallic filter frame as a complete filter.
- Available in a wide range of standard sizes as per customer requirement or as cut pads.
