- Used for coarse filtration of air intake systems mainly suitable for low velocity applications such as Fan coil units and packaged units.
- Applicable for High Humidity conditions and corrosive environments such as coastal areas
- The ultra-compact design can be utilized where there is space constraint in depth.
- The filter media is made of Progressively Built up thermally bonded synthetic (Polyester) media
- The media’s multi layering manufacturing technique ensures maximum dust loading
- Galvanized steel frame is available as a standard construction. Can be supplied with Aluminum or stainless-steel frames upon request.
- The galvanized steel mesh support on both sides of media provides high media stability
- Since the filter is light weight & sturdy it is relatively easy to handle, ship & maintenance- friendly.
- The media is inert to most chemicals and fumes.
- Media is non fiber shedding type and incinerable.
- Super Panel filter can be blow cleaned using low pressure compressed air or can be hosed with water from the clean air side, twice or thrice during the filter life span.
- Available in filter efficiencies ranging from ISO Coarse 50% (MERV 4) to ISO Coarse 90% (MERV 10)
