High Dense Multi-Layer Washable Polyester media filter in pleated form. Typically used for AHU/HVAC Coarse filter in metal frames with wire mesh support on both sides of media.

- Designed for coarse filtration of air intake systems in general ventilation and air handling unit installed in public buildings, offices, factories and equipment of all kinds
- Used as Prefilter to extend the operational lifetime of downstream Fine Filters from premature replacement and can be used as main filter also.
- Utilized in Spray booth exhaust systems as Paint mist arrestor.
- The filter can be used in High Humidity conditions and corrosive environments such as coastal areas
- The product is suited for high air volume applications
- The filter media is made of Progressively Built up thermally bonded synthetic (Polyester) media
- The media’s multi layering manufacturing technique ensures maximum dust loading with optimal lowest pressure drop performance
- Galvanized steel frame is available as a standard construction. Can be supplied with Aluminum or stainless-steel frames upon request. Header frame construction is also available.
- Due to the filter’s light weight, sturdy and compact size it is relatively easy to handle and ship
- The filter can be custom made in various face sizes and depths up to 6”
- The media is inert to most chemicals and fumes
- Media is non fiber shedding type and incinerable
- The galvanized steel mesh support on both sides of media provides extra pleat stability
- Super wash filter can be blow cleaned using low pressure compressed air or hosed with water from clean air side, twice or thrice during the filter life span.
- Available in filter efficiencies ranging from ISO Coarse 50% (MERV 4) to ISO Coarse 90% (MERV 10)
- The filter and media are UL 900 rated for fire resistance, combustibility and smoke generation. The media is Self-extinguishing type and rated F1 as per DIN 53438.
